Of Course I Would Post It...

Besides the EPIC FAIL @being sexy with the "eye brow raise", (BTW, i do a mean single brow raise), the movie looks somewhat promising. And not posting this teaser would be like Slumdog Millionaire actually winning an award over Twilight @ the MTV Movie Awards...WHAT?!? Im just saying!!!

The Cullen House (The Hoke House)

With a house like this, I would never leave. It is so unique inside and out. Truly glorious. Click the image to check out the rest of the house. I'll take everything minus the kiddies. They can have those.

I Introduce to You...

...the possible Jacob Black for New Moon, Michael Copon. He is rumoured to be after the role. This is the most decent picture I can find. The rest screamed "gay porn potential" face, and that ladies & gentlemen, made me feel uncomfy. ENJOY!! And good luck to Michael! I can care less if this hawt piece gets the job. All the besties know that I'll be snoozing 'til the last quarter of the movie!

'New Moon' director will be Chris Weitz

EW, Dec. 11 - "There will be a new director atop the Twilight franchise: and he'll be a man. Sources tell EW.com that Summit Entertainment is about to hire Chris Weitz (The Golden Compass) as the shepherd for New Moon, the second installment of Stephenie Meyer's best-selling Twilight series. Weitz is best-known for his work with his brother Paul. The two directed and produced American Pie and then were nominated for an Academy Award for best screenplay for About a Boy, which they also co-directed. Chris' first solo directing gig, The Golden Compass, didn't do well stateside but was a hit internationally."

The PLOT Thickens!!!

Yessir, this is another Twilighter POST. Some broad had the audacity to to write an article about C. Hardwicked (typo but im keeping it!) getting shit canned cause she is a woman. WTF? Aaaanyfemenism, im posting here in case she moderates my respose:

"Eh, to say she got fired cause "she is" a woman is an overstatement. Harwicke did not earn Summit $140 mil., STEPHENIE MEYER did. The Saga's loyal fanbase is to thank for the success. And why not reward the fans with a better directed sequel in timely manner before the actors get older? (Vampires dont age). If any of you READ the series, you will see how badly this movie was adapted. Not to forget to mention letting Stewart rephrase as she pleased. Though she is truly to thank for the casting of Robert, she really shouldn't be calling the shots as far as re-writing the book/script. Her portrayal of Bella was also pitiful. Bella can't be vulnerable and talk/walk like a man. What a load of crap. The best thing to come out of the movie was seeing all the characters come to life. With that said, like the HP movies, Summit is in the right by moving forward with the project and giving another director a chance to bring the saga to life."

Yeah i know, i so so nice girl. Seriously, 9 times outta 10 the gender card gets played to shadow poor performance. Good luck to Hardwicke on her furture endeavors.

New Moon gets the Green Light!

After the truly glorious success of Twilight's opening day and midnight screenings ($35.7 mil), Summit has announced they will move forward on the production of the sequel "New Moon". I take pride in my contribution, or investment by admitting that i watched it a second time last night ^_^. This rounds up Twilight's big opening weekend closing at $70.5 domestically!

IT'S ALL ABOUT EDWARD

Ahhh, the morning after...I left my FM transmitter in the teggy, which is now hibernating, so i now commute in the winter car wit NOTHING to listen to. Me hates the radio.

Anysidetracking, regardless of my POV on the movie adaptation, i still have the Twilight jitters. So in pop my headphones to listen to the second 1/2 of the Eclipse audiobook as i drive my TwiTwatter self to work thru what it seemed like a snow storm. It was chillaxing...Oooookay, back to Edward! Regardless of wat critics and the tweens say, the movie is alllllll about Edward. If you keep this in mind, the movie ticket would seem a smart investment.

The Pros:
  1. Edward: um enough said...
  2. Comedy: suprisingly funny. If you read the book, you will laugh harder in these comedic moments. If you had not, it still hysterics.
  3. Lots of eye candy: reffer to # 1
  4. GREAT Music: played well in the key moments. I was pleased.
  5. Alice: she is perfect!
  6. Acting: w/one exception, all did a great job. RPattz exceeded expecations outshining his co-star (that was expected ^_^).
  7. Kissing Scene: took me by surpise...SOOO LEFT FIELD. Ended strongly, be warned!

The Cons:

  1. Woahmance Factor: not as strong as the book.
  2. Bella: not impressed/moved by her performance.
  3. Emmett: was hilarious! But not enough of him T_T
  4. Where did that chapter go?: key points of the book that make this story were altogether gone! Gone gone gone!!! UNACCEPTABLE!
  5. Edward: he isn't real, sadness. There is no one real that is like him. *sigh*, wat does a girl hav to do/give up to derserve/have a man like that?!?
  6. Kissing Scene: didn't happen like it should have. Reffer to #2.

With all that said, id still hit the theatre again! It was kewl to stay up late on a work night. Eh, its TGIF. I have the weekend to rest. Pple were waiting in the theatre since 6pmyesterday afternoon. Um yeah, im not that dedicated. Seeing all the Twilighters was fun tho. AND THANK THE HEAVENS no one got up to go peepee times during the movie. That woulda irked. 'Tis all, BBL!
